ELAINE YAP HEDIGER
Elaine began her movement education at the age of 6 with classical ballet. As a teenager, she was a competitive rhythmic gymnast for the Malaysian national team and a classical ballet performer. In the USA, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in 1999 focusing on Health Science and Dance, and in 2003 she attained her Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine. She received her education in Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong and Shao Lin Gong Fu from Masters Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo. She currently practices Chinese Medicine in Basel, utilizing all the methods of Chinese Medicine, including Qi Gong, to aid patients in finding optimal health and balance in their lives.


FRANK HEDIGER

Frank began his martial arts training at age 15 in Aikido, in which he holds a 2nd degree Black Belt. In the USA, Frank studied Tai Ji Quan , Qi Gong and Shao Lin Gong Fu with Masters Donald and Cheryl Lynne Rubbo, completing the teacher training program in 2004. Frank received his formal education in Physiotherapy in 1996 and also holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in body-mind integration (Somatic Psychology). He enjoys teaching people of all ages in becoming aware of their body and mind. His goal is to aid people in finding well-being and healthy life practices through Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong and Gong Fu.
